Biography

Hi, I take pictures so I guess I'm a photographer.  I started on this path a long time ago with a brand new Praktica LLC 35mm SLR, eventually graduating to a Canon A1, which served me well for many years.
 

The advent of digital photography passed me by for some years, until I acquired a little Olympus 3030 - 3MP and an eyeopener. Even with such low resolution I was getting excellent A4 prints - perhaps there was something to the new-fangled technology?
 

I remain a bit of a Luddite; my camera is now a modern miracle of mirrorless design but the lenses remain rooted in the 1980s. Nevertheless, they deliver images that are only limited by my talent.

Most of my pictures are taken while walking my dog, Oscar,   I don't specialize - anything that catches my eye is fair game.
